Fads come and go and you always have people "self-diagnose", 'OMG I'm so ADHD' until it's not fashionable to do so. That shouldn't detract from people who legit have diagnoses. I remember when I got diagnosed I felt like a failure because I was 'failing' all the tests. In the end it was a good thing.

Aw man that’s cute and sad and relatable as hell. Yep it’s true. I think most of us are sick of mental health "fads”.
